Dinner was ‘bang on’.. all was prepped with @ironworksbbq Dry Rub (my favorite at the moment).. the wings came out amazing finished in @sweetbabyrays_ hickory & brown sugar.. the Pork was left alone.. and was furking amazing without sauce., the wife’s mango salad is always spot on !!
A bit of Kettle & GA action tonight.. Pork Strip, Chicken Wings and Bangers for the kids… Charcoal cooking reminds me so much of our trips to Thailand.. I love being around the smell..
