Miserable wet afternoon in Brisbane.. only one thing to do.. BBQ..! Some Pulled Pork Burgers planned for dinner.. along with some chicken wings ! I’m giving the Kettle a run at some low N Slow., using @aldiaustraliaofficial Digital Thermometer to manage Kettle temp.. with the assistance of a broom stick.. all is going well so far..! Just need to learn what position my upper and lower vents need to be !!🏻
