HOLIDAY SMOKES with my ripper little GA.. and I might have converted myself to S & P only for Rub down., as I did a steak on the first night., and then a chicken breast on the second.. both with two different branded rubs.. both a little too spicy., then last night I did some Chicken Maryland with only Olive Oil and Salt and Pepper, some Cherry, Apple and Pecan wood on Charcoal., and the consensus was it was Furking amazing.. so tonight I’m doing Lamb leg the same., let’s see how she’s goes !? Can’t wait.. 🏻
