Just home from a big afternoon of serving up lunch with my No.2, to the crew of @f45tweedheads @burleighbrewing – 90+ of F45 crew just came of an 8 week challenge.. so catered to their needs.. lots of protein.. low carbs.. 🏻 – I even knocked up a massive fruit salad and yoghurt to finish them off.. altho’.. beer makes a great beginning, start and end.. especially at BB. 🏻 – thanks for having us Mel.. 🏻
