Thanks again to all for the support 🏻 – I also had time to mess with my recent purchase.. doing a Lamb Leg, some Greek styled Chicken and finishing off with reverse searing those steaks from Aldi. Then a family get together after packing up the bbq setup.. and watching the sun go down whilst we destroyed the meat and a few ales.. awesome day all round !!
