Food Service this week; After another great visit to @lownslowmeatco – I just scored a couple of @capegrimbeef MB3+ Select Briskets that I’ve rubbed in @lanesbbqau Brisket & Ancho Rub, add to that 2 x @borrowdalefreerange Pork Boston Butts that I rubbed with @sweetswineomine Sweet Rub O’ Mine.. and few kilos of Chicken Wings that I’ll hit with @lanesbbqau Kapalua.. ohh and yes.. I’ll be making up my special recipe Mac N Cheese..
