Brisket was tender and mouth watering, pork was amazing, wings Smokey and delicious, and between us and our fussy little fella he demolished the Mac and cheese and chips. You can definitely feel the love of a family owned business walking into this place; the owner checking on his customers and managing the pit for his chicken wings and his wife and kids working hard too. It was a pleasure to have a yarn with the owners about all things bbq, how they created their shop and our mutual love for lanes rubs @lanesbbqau.
