I may lose a few friends over this post.. buuuuutttttttt they obviously haven’t experienced what I did tonight !? 4 x plain Aldi Beef pies, put thru the smoker.. then served with our Brisket Gravy over the top !!! Man oh man., a beautiful scent of smoke on the pie crust., then that Brisket Gravy., sooo good., so good ! Next week I’m making smoked mushy peas and adding that !!! I dare you try it.,. (Next we make our own Brisket Pies!)
