Had an enjoyable afternoon at the @hamiltonhotel attending the @bbqschool American Smoking Class.. the instructors have Great Personality., the food ‘bang on’.. and instruction well suited to those that it’s pitched at (anyone curious or new to smoking). Thanks crew 🏻
