After a great Super Bowl Monday yesterday.. today sees me having a BIG DAY today smashing out Prep for the week and also for a couple of catering jobs.. on top of doing a sizable smoke.. so I’m now taking five minutes out for a coffee break for the first time today.. before getting back in to it and setting up for dinner service !?
