Had a great day @suttonsbeachpavilion helping new friends whilst hanging out with old friends.. even with the crazy winds we were fighting today.. we still managed a successfully ‘cook’. (Brisket, Pork, Pork Ribs, 20+kg Chicken Wings, 2 very large Stuffed Tassy Salmon). Had to strategically place some wind breaks and use a lot of Iron Bark (got her up to 350f, but it took some serious fire to get there..!)
