Had a bit of fun on Saturday with @willmurderface running a smoke and reverse searing some Greek Styled/Flavored Spatchcocked Chicken.. it was freaking amazing.. think awesome flavored chicken for Kebabs or soft shell tacos.. hells yes., 🏻
