Another ‘School of Smoke’ masterclass done and dusted – Thanks to @borrowdalefreerange for our St Louis spares and @lanesbbqau for the rubs and sauces used in today's class. This was @countryboysbbqaustralia first time doing a hands on masterclass. Our School of Smoke Beef Ribs, Sausage & Intro Class’s will be on in August and we can't wait.
