Snappy Update.. gave outside a bit of a cleanup.. and setup..! Ignore the mess down back.. thats where the smoker is going.. I'll also be replacing the red chairs with black ones.. also need to finish off the garden fence setup.. but most of the day has been spent getting glue off the foyer tiles.. as new ones are going down next week !!!
