BIG LOVE to all that popped in to @lownslowmeatco for a killer feed over the weekend (1/40 Container St, Tingalpa, Qld) – we sold out of all our major items Fri, & Sat (we will always have Brisket and Pulled Pork on offer) and on Sunday was only left with a few items.. and that doesn’t happen unless you love what we’re putting out..! This box is super cool, it starts off with Nichols Ethical Free Range Chicken all the way from Tasmania, these chickens are the best of the best and the taste confirms that. I am still amazed by the texture and taste of this chicken!The quarter chicken is rubbed in @lanesbbqau SPF53 then smoked in the @radarhillsmokers Now to really show off our skills and new range of products from @thetasmanianfoodco we have created a Nichols chicken, Robur farms goat fetta and Shima wasabi smoked sausage and @blendsmokedhoney This sausage is really well balanced with no flavour taking over another.Doesn’t matter if your a thigh or a breast person we have both, just ask when you order. It’s all teamed up with a new sweet potato salad and some potato chips. Only $18. The working two jobs bit has stretched me.. plus the lack of sleep.. and no family time has certainly tested my wife.. but again.. I’m always made to feel at home here !! Thanks crew.. 🏻
