Wings going on the @weberbbqausnz GA using the @tb2bbqsmokers Kettle Kone.. nice little baste of BBQ Sauce, Honey & Apple Juice.. bit of Apple Wood to smoke.. now to sit, flip and baste., and finish off the Pork in the Kettle.,,
Miserable wet afternoon in Brisbane.. only one thing to do.. BBQ..! Some Pulled Pork Burgers planned for dinner.. along with some chicken wings ! I’m giving the Kettle a run at some low N Slow., using @aldiaustraliaofficial Digital Thermometer to manage Kettle temp.. with the assistance of a broom stick.. all is going well so far..! Just need to learn what position my upper and lower vents need to be !!🏻
