It’s been a 17 hour work day.. off the back of a couple of 15 hour work days and now I’ve got a night time hustle at the shop to feed the masses tomorrow!? #sleepwhenimdead

So far over 2 days we’ve consumed over 20 briskets and 16 pork butts.. don’t even get me started on Pork Ribs, Wings, hotlinks, Mac n cheese and our amazing brisket smash burgers !!!
