We have two shops.. the HQ & Original Site in Salisbury and our ‘new’ site in Carina. The Salisbury site has 100 plus seats, which is perfect for dining, takeaway, Uber, Bopple and is also currently BYO! Our Carina Shop has limited seating, approx 25-ish and is more suited for Takeaway.

Smokehouse – We opened the doors to our Salisbury Smokehouse in September 2020 – it now holds 20+ seats inside and 50+ seats outside., plus a 30 person booking room. Our girl Bertha (Radar Hill Smoker) sits out the front. We have Bopple in place for Pre-Order/Pickup and Uber for Delivery.

Takeaway Shack – We opened our Carina Store in March 2024 – it has approx 25 seats. We bring our smoked meats across from our Salisbury Store every day ! We have Bopple in place for Pre-Order/Pickup and deliveries: Uber, DoorDash & Menulog.

Booking Room / Private Parties (Salisbury) – We have 30x Seats – 6x Tables, which can be reconfigured for any occasion ! A 75 Inch wall mounted TV with multiple inputs, Sound Bar. A very cool environment. Email us for more info !

Corporate Meetings / Lunch Room (Salisbury) – Our Booking Room can be configured for meetings, staff presentations, work gatherings. Digital presentations can be made via our 75inch wall mounted TV, multiple inputs. Email for more info !
